In order to shorten the procedure on border crossing points, nationals of certain countries as advised on the link above, are recommended to announce their visit by filling in the form on the following site https://entercroatia.mup.hr/.
Also, you will be given an information flyer with the recommendations and instructions provided by the Croatian Institute of Public Health.
Travelers who do not submit their personal data in advance will be able to do it upon entering the country at the border crossing. In that case, it may require more time and passengers will probably be diverted to a separate lane.

The following services and experiences may be suspended in 2021: Baby Club, Tween & Teen Club and Evening Children Programmes. Some experienes may be limited, like Sun Gardens Children Sports Academy, Club Service, in-resort shopping options and saunas on offer. The choice of available outdoor pools, restaurants and bars may also be adjusted. We will continue to communicate any adjustments to our operations or offerings as information becomes available. The resort provides PCR and Antigen testing at the resort in cooperation with a private provider. Testing is currently available upon request with a minimum of 24 hours notice and is held in one of the hotel meeting rooms.
The test results are available in English and are sent directly to guests via the e-mail address they provided as a contact for this purpose.
