Recognizing Excellence: The Resort Achieves Outstanding LQA Service Standards

This year’s Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) inspection once again recognized our team’s dedication, with three employees honored for exceptional performance.

Quality and excellence are values we focus on every day at Sun Gardens Dubrovnik. As members of The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW), we are part of a network celebrated for its dedication to luxury, outstanding service, and the highest standards in hospitality. Being part of the Leading Hotels also reflects our ongoing commitment to creating experiences that meet the expectations of discerning travelers from around the world.

Maintaining this standard requires more than words - it demands consistent, measurable performance. Each year, we undergo a rigorous inspection by a mystery guest, assessing more than 1,000 individual standards through the Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) program. Recognized as the industry’s foremost benchmark for service excellence, LQA works with the world’s leading luxury brands to ensure every guest encounter meets the highest expectations.

We are proud to share that this year, our dedication to exceptional service was once again recognized. During the recent LQA inspection, three of our team members were singled out for outstanding performance: Luis Francisco Valenzuela Castillon, waiter; Enisa Grebović, Head Concierge; and Luka Šarac, doorman. Their dedication and professionalism exemplify the standard of service we strive for every day. To mark this achievement, our Resort Manager, Ivica Bogoje, personally acknowledged their contributions. As Luis was away at the time, his certificate was received on his behalf by Branimir Boras, F&B Manager.
