Designed to develop skills from the beginning, the Squash Academy at Sun Gardens Dubrovnik provides exciting summer activity in a fun and inspiring environment.
Squash Academy was created for children aged 7 to 15. A game of squash in a welcoming environment will boost a child's confidence and get them more involved in sporting activities.
The size of each training group will be up to 4 children. Each week, training will be held six times in morning sessions, from Monday to Saturday. The expected duration of the training is 90 minutes. Participants are welcome to join the Academy any day of the week, depending on the arrival date.
Each participant will receive a Nike sports sack with a T-shirt and shorts and, upon completion, a certificate and a medal. Due to the limited space, we recommend booking in advance.
Skills learned:
Warm-up techniques, coordination and speed drills, forehand and backhand drive, volley, boast lob, drop shot and service training.
