2026 Firefighter & Charity Race
At Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, we’re proud to host events that celebrate community spirit and support meaningful causes. This annual race is more than just a test of endurance. It honors the memory of hero firefighter Goran Komlenac while bringing the community together. Participants will run through the scenic resort grounds, enjoying the beautiful Adriatic surroundings.
The heart of the event is its charity purpose. All proceeds from the race go toward scholarships for students from the Dubrovnik-Neretva County facing socio-economic challenges, organized in partnership with the charitable association Tata je Tata – Dubrovnik. It’s a wonderful opportunity for visitors and locals alike to combine sport with giving back.

Registration & Participation

- Registration Deadline: No later than April 19, 2026
- Entry Fee: €30.00
- Note: Registration is valid only after payment is completed
- Who Can Participate: Only individuals aged 16 and over are eligible

- Finisher’s medal as a keepsake

Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers in both the men’s and women’s categories.
Note for Sun Gardens Dubrovnik guests: Those staying at the resort who wish to join the race after April 19 are welcome to register, but these late entries will not be eligible for medals, trophies, or running league points.
