The month kicked off with our management team heading to Cadmos Village in Konavle, surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of the region. Spending the day in nature, the team enjoyed an action-packed paintball session followed by a relaxed lunch together, strengthening collaboration while connecting with the local community and environment.
We also teamed up with the Red Cross Dubrovnik to host a blood donation drive at the Sports Centre. Employees and local residents came together for this simple yet powerful way to support the community and promote health.
Culture and education were in the spotlight too. We were proud to contribute to the 10th County Reading Aloud Competition, part of Croatian Book Month organized by the Dubrovnik Library. The winner got a special reward: the chance to bring their whole class for an afternoon of games and sports at the Sports Centre.
And on the environmental front, our olive harvest came to a close. Over 2.2 tons of olives were picked on the resort grounds and processed at a local mill, producing 300 liters of extra virgin olive oil that will be used in our restaurants next year - a true celebration of local tradition and responsible sourcing.
November was a reminder that small, thoughtful actions - whether for our team, our community, or our environment - can make a lasting impact.
